This assembly is quite hardly made due to their strict tolerances. The magnet is coated black teflon and a SS304 frame is around it.
The difficulty is:
1) There are few planting manufacturer who can coating teflon for sintered NdFeB magnets.
2)It is impossible to make the frame by hand in volume production, we finally think a way to make a stamping tooling.
3)The glue: to adhesive metal with plastic is also a big problem. We search and test several brand glues to find a best one.
All these will effect the tolerances, now we have come through, reach the customer’s requirements.
